If you don't have an existing shirt to take a measurement from please follow these instructions.
Set the measuring tape low in the back of the neck, and bring it around to the front to where the collar will button. Measure all the way around the neck, taking care not to pull the tape too tightly.

Now Enter Your Measurements Using The Guides Provided

In order to ensure a perfectly fitted shirt, it's essential to take your measurements carefully with a measuring tape. It's important to remember that when taking all measurements, the measuring tape should never be pulled too tightly; this will give a more accurate measurement of the actual body dimension. It's better to round up measurements to the nearest 1/2" or cm rather than down if they fall in between just to be on the safe side. You can use cm or inches.

Chest Measurement - cm or inches.
	Place the tape the fullest part of the chest (usually just below the armpits), while inhaling fully, to ensure your largest chest measure. This will ensure a comfortable fit.

Waist Measurement - cm or inches.
	Place the tape measure around the body at the fullest part of the stomach above the trouser belt line. Again, don't pull the tape too tightly.

Seat Measurement - cm or inches.
	Place the tape all the way around the broadest part of the seat (where the buttocks are fullest), keeping the tape measure horizontal..

Shoulder Measurement - cm or inches.
	While wearing your best fitting shirt, measure between the two shoulder seams across the back of the shoulders as shown in the picture.

Sleeve Measurement - cm or inches.
	While wearing your best fitting shirt, measure from the shoulder seam down to the desired finished length of your sleeve.

Back Length Measurement - cm or inches.
	While wearing a shirt your best fitting shirt, place the tape at the base of the collar and measure to the very bottom of the seat (just below where the seat meets the legs).

Wrist Measurements - cm or inches.
	Place the tape around the fullest area of your wrist. If you wear a large watch, add an extra 1/2 inch to that wrist measurement to allow for it. Left and right wrists tend to differ, so please give two measurements.
