Payment
If you pay by credit or debit card, your details are handled by PayPal
on their secure server. We have done business with them for years, they
are probably the best online payment system available and although it
is impossible for any website to be impregnable, their secure system
offers an excellent level of security.
Ordering
When you place an order we will send an email confirming receipt of
that order and containing it's details. If you have incorrectly entered
your email address that confirmation will fail and any invoice just
wont get to you!! We will attempt to make contact with you using any
phone numbers supplied but failing this if you have elected to pay by
Paypal we will not be able to process any invoice and therefore cannot
be held responsible and will have to cancel your order. So DOUBLE CHECK
the info you send us !!
Privacy
The contact information you give us will never be divulged to any third
party, except companies or individuals we use to fulfill orders (e.g.
delivery of orders, processing of credit card payments.( Nor will it
be stored on a disc and left on the train.) We may however contact you
in the future with details of special offers and additions to our range.
Acts of God, the
Post Office, British Rail, Ash Clouds etc.
We will bust a gut not to let you down however we cannot not be held
responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations,
if that failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable
control - be fair!!
This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Measurements
Now we know that you aren't
daft, or you wouldn't be buying a shirt from us, but we do know that
mistakes can be made when you are not accustomed to measuring yourself.
So if we receive an order with measurements that don't quite look right,
ie. arm length like a gorilla, we will give you a bell just to check
that they are right. Otherwise we will make your shirt to the measures
you specify and cannot be responsible for you not putting your glasses
on when you read the tape.
